True that. Alternatively, you could always do a Hillary and just bribe everyone and then lie about it.

In a move straight from the tome of politics I'm about to rubbish that whole table I produced, except where it suits me. Then I will refer to it without blinking. As it is my own work, I am the authority on it's interpretation. :)

Jimmy101 to pick and end round 10.

Bummer - I might be awol until Monday.

Something for the formula dudes out there......

I have always liked the very vague total batting average as a guide to how much a team might be expected to score.

How would I do this for total bowling average? Number of bowlers in a team affects this or total wickets on average affect this contrary to what one would like. For instance, If I took the average wickets taken by bowling average for each player in my team, I end up with a higher number than someone with a pathetic bowling line up of one bowler who takes 0 wickets per match. How do I fill up the shortfall of expected wickets, or how do I compensate for a team full of bowlers where the sum of their averages would skyrocket? Any ideas?

I feel like the Indian teams destroyed this draft simply because there were so many of them, and the best one showed up like once. I think I escaped unscathed somewhat, but others weren't so lucky. We really should've gone with Duleep Trophy teams instead, but oh well.

Also, no Sri Lanka, what the ****.

Bit late now, did ask early on for people to provide me with some names of teams. My knowledge of SC FC is virtually zero. Couldn't even tell you what FC team Tendulkar played for.

Sourav Ganguly played for East Zone which is made up Assam and 3-4 other minor teams. If I can't select him then I'll go Rajesh Borah who never played an international match but is their leading run scorer (I think).

01. Majid Khan - Lahore
02. Stephen Fleming - Canterbury
03. Clem Hill - South Australia
04. Denis Compton - Middlesex
05. Virat Kohli - Delhi
06. Sourav Ganguly - East Zone (Assam)

09. Wasim Akram - Lahore
10. Michael Holding - Jamaica
11. Srinivasaraghavan Venkataraghavan - Tamil Nadu

12th. Rajesh Borah - Assam / Parvez Rasool - Jammu and Kashmir

Not too bad I guess but in hindsight I would've been better off picking Dravid and Gupte from Karnataka and Rajasthan.

Like I said, we should have gone with Duleep Trophy teams from the start, but you can't do that now, not after we've spent this entire draft working with Ranji teams.

(Also, I wouldn't call Bengal minor...)
