did you forget about him? Or did you expect him to last into round 3. I'm surprised he didn't go in round 1 tbh.

he's like ramprakash and hick in that he dominated FC but not test, however he holds status as an ATG ODI batsman so you know he could hack it at international level

I was waiting for round 3 tbh. Figured I should get a bowler as I'd ready picked Trumper round 1. Bevan really us massively valuable here.

yeah. since it's my turn I'll go Bert Ironmonger who averaged 2.62 with the bat.

Combine that with his 17.97 bowling average and you've gotta have one of the lowest combined averages ever

in his 14 test career he managed to dismiss Headley, Constantine, Sutcliffe, Hammond, Jardine, Leyland, Ames, Mitchell, Taylor and Cameron.

no idea why he never gets picked for drafts. write an article on him fredfertang

Albert "Monkey" Hornby, bowling average of 0 (having taken exactly 1 wicket) and a batting average of 3.5. He and his opening partner, Dick Barlow were immortalized in verse by Francis Thomson ("O my Hornby and my Barlowe long ago"), as per cricinfo. Seems like a fine batsman fwiw.
