He's a useful player in State Cricket, but if his bowling is up to International level, he'd be conceding far less runs and bowling more.

His record so far is considerably aided by 1 game - that aside he's taking around 1 and a half wickets per match, and that is not an all-rounders output.

the guy has always been better in the longer version of the game, and he hasn't played a test yet - the thing with teh ODI side is that there are so many players that can bowl - outside 2 or maybe 3 bowlers, noone ever bowls through their 10 overs.

But it's that version where but for one game (which seems more a freak occurance given his other record) he's taking about 1 and a half per match in - and if that's his better format, I don't see how he can classed as good enough a bowler to be called an all rounder.

I'm talking about his overall One Day record though, including State games where the rest of the attack must surely be nowhere near as good as the attack he's a member of for ODIs.
