    Only caveat it's worth adding from those numbers is his bowling workload was around half a full stint per game so raises the issues of doing both at the same time. Still impressive but not being treated as a frontline bowler as such.

    I shall miss his uncanny ability, having being given out LBW, to call for a revue and watch the ball hit half way up middle

    It almost became automatic.
