RIP Andy Ganteaume

The Sean

Cricketer Of The Year
This seems to have slipped under the radar here as far as I can see (my apologies if I've missed a thread to it), but Andy Ganteaume - owner of Test cricket's highest ever batting average - died earlier this week. He was 95 (so he outscored Bradman there too!).

And as Tony Cozier relates in this rather good article, there was a lot more to the man than just the greatest statistical quirk in cricket history.
