They have, this table doesn't count draws. 1-1 in the WI in 2011.Bizarre that Pakistan and West Indies haven't played in a decade. For reference, Brian Lara was still playing in their most recent series.
2018 looks like a summer that the stakeholders™ need to have a rapid rethink about. The ECB currently list this as 2 Tests England-Pakistan and 5 Tests England-India.They won't get to play Pakistan again for a few years
Oh right. Forgot about that. They have, this table doesn't count draws. 1-1 in the WI in 2011.
Yeah that's some bull**** there. A 1-1 series after all this would be rancid.2018 looks like a summer that the stakeholders™ need to have a rapid rethink about. The ECB currently list this as 2 Tests England-Pakistan and 5 Tests England-India.
WTF? I was just thinking about the next time Pakistan would tour and zeroed in on 2020 after India 2018 and Ashes 2019. Had no idea Pakistan had slipped to second tier now.2018 looks like a summer that the stakeholders™ need to have a rapid rethink about. The ECB currently list this as 2 Tests England-Pakistan and 5 Tests England-India.
Test update
Bit of a kicker for England missing their shot at an unprecedented for them Grand Slam at the Oval. They won't get to play Pakistan again for a few years and in the mean time it'll be tough to hold on to trophies away to India and Australia.
Table:
England 8
Pakistan 7
Australia 6
South Africa 6
India 6
New Zealand 5
Sri Lanka 4
West Indies 2
Bangladesh 1
Zimbabwe 0
Way to miss the point. Can you extend the spreadsheet to show results of each latest series home and away for every nation? Think that would give a better representation and a better answer to the question in the other thread.
Way to miss the point.
The politicians really need to get their **** together and give us an India-Pakistan series. Funnily enough, the ones we had in the last decade were fairly dull with at least a couple of feather-beds being dished out per series.
Can someone do this table where you have the home team down the column and away team on the rows?
Therefore you can see the latest series results for each team at home and away against each opposition. Will give a good visual representation of who is the most winning-est team in recent times. Victor Ian did something similar trying to use the golden ratios to calculate scores.
