It was a marathon innings, but it will always have the caveat that it was played on the infamous glue pitch. The flattest, deadest pitch in the history of test cricket.
I know, i know.. Just put that in because I could only remember 4 innings :p

SehWAG:

1) 201*(231) out of a total of 329 at Galle 2008 vs Murali, Mendis, Vaas.

The SehWAG moment: Refusing to take a single on 199* to shield Ishant.

2) 83 (68) Chennai 2008. Chasing 387 for a win, smashes 80 off in no time and gives the innings incredible momentum.

The SehWAG moment :Intentionally bunts a ball into the ground to bounce it over the slip cordon.

3) 155 vs Australia Chennai 2004: ATG attack, tricky pitch, amazing knock.

The SehWAG moment: Smacking a Warne leg break wide of mid wicket with one leg in the air

4) 319 (304) vs SA: Fastest triple ever, utterly brutal and chanceless innings against Steyn/ntini/Morkel/Kallis. People would be jizzing all over themselves if someone else (ie) someone not expected to play like this did it.

The SehWAG moment: Destroying a good length ball from Ntini over extra cover, sending it 15 rows back.

5) 293 (254) vs SL: Sheer devastation. Scores 284 in 79 overs on day 2 on a pitch which "had turn and bounce and the conditions provided swing to keep the bowlers interested".

The SehWAG moment: Reverse paddle sweeping a Murali doosra for 4.

Napier knock came when England were 3 for 3 or something like that right?

Mik Clarke

151 vs SA Cape Town- That pitch (Made more runs than the next two innings combined)
161* vs SA Cape Town- Made with a broken shoulder
136 vs Eng Lord's- Andy Flintoff was at his best and when he is, its never easy
151 vs Ind Bangalore- Debut knock in such a big series against Kumble and co. Set up a famous series for Aust
112 vs SL Colombo- Probably the most under rated Clarke knock. Never forget him making the leg stump guard mid pitch when Herath went around the wicket to land them on the rough so he can pad them if the ball was pitched outside. Totaly put Herath away, saved the game and won the series.

Not bad efforts for a HTB

The Battlers Prince

International Vice-Captain
Ricky Ponting,
His 96 on debut won me over, not his greatest innings, but he was young, new and exciting. Getting out for a dodgy call hurt. I'm over it now, kind of.
His 196 in the first match of the return Ashes in Brisbane '06. It was a return to what had been the norm of thrashing the Poms
His 156 in the '05 Ashes, saved the match and was in a series that the crowd was so involved for England.
His 197 in Perth against Pakistan. '99, Akhtar was absolute beast of aggression and pace. Probably my favourite of all
And his 221 alongside Pup in Adelaide.
