They might actually do worse than Sri Lanka during their last tour here.

If they manage to push the MCG test to at least Day 4 they can consider the tour to be a resounding success.

Yeah, Gayle absolutely should be in the side. We know he can score runs in Test matches, and on those Aussie pitches he has the potential to do something brilliant at least once in 6 innings you'd think.

Yeah but I highly doubt he is even considered and whether Gayle himself thinks he has an international future. His last test match was over a year ago and I think he has unofficially retired from the format.

Hasn't played a FC match in 15 months and shown no inclination to play domestically so no way you can pick him.
