WG Grace basically created modern day batting tho. And he was the Bradman before there was a Bradman.

I think it's fair enough they both are so close. Really depends on what you value more.

For a long time, WG "dominated" batting like no one else did. Maybe not even Bradman. His 1871 season and all that....

Really depends on whether you value the modern destructive genius more than the ancient but equally dominant one. Worthy of a final imo.
