Best Test centuries in the Sub Continent since 2000

Pujara's played some gems.. especially against Australia chasing tricky 4th innings totals in his debut Test in 2010 and the 4th Test in 2013 (half-centuries so don't qualify for this thread), century in Mumbai 2012 against England (overshadowed by Cook and Pietersen) and recently against SL in the decider of the 2015 series.

Harbhajan's knocks against NZ in 2010 were also great.

That Bhajji knock, India were reeling at 15/5 courtesy some top notch seam bowling from Chris Martin. Bhajji comes in, plays a fiery knock and hits 7 sixes.

It was mentioned in the first post, but Hayden's 203 was really special. Seemed to basically sweep every run he got

Pietersen in 2012 has to be very close to the top. Was an absolute minefield and he played the most sublimely entertaining innings on it.
