Highest team total without anyone scoring a fifty, and then a 100?

I remember NZ in the WC SF of '99 scored a decent total with a bunch of batsman hitting 40s, but no-one hit 50. I'm sure teams have done better than that though


And for teams not scoring a 100, in either ODIs or Tests, I really have no idea. I'm sure a team must have hit 500 once without anyone hitting three figures
