Just looked up statsguru. Statistically there isn't much between them. MoYo comfortably better in Eng and NZ while both suck in SA.

Sehwag better in Aus.

Although MoYo does have more centuries and 50s in lesser tests.

Sehwag is such an unconventional batsmen that using conventional means to compare him is just a futile quest.
