boycott and underwood debuted in the 60s. would not have been included anyways. gooch, gower, willis and botham are the certainties that are missing with this cut-off

If all the hypothetical Tests were played in England, especially Old Trafford, then Harmison is a pretty good choice. But he was so crap away from home.
