The quality of the batsmen does not affect whether they bowl accurately or not.
yeah cos they'll chase it when its five foot outside outside off stump, when the bowler gets the wicket he takes credit for it

Better than Shabir Ahmed and all that rubbish.

A lot of quotes, a lot of points:
halsey: Harmison, better than Shabbir Ahmed? You've got to be having a serious  there. Shabbir Ahmed is a superb bowler. Harmison is rubbish.
And he's rubbish not because he's not accurate, but because he can't move the ball sideways.
He started being accurate not in Bangladesh, but in The Third Test against South Africa. Indeed, he had bowled very, very accurately for Durham in the early part of the summer. Strangely, he then bowled waywardly for England, waywardly for Durham - then accurately for England again! No sense made there.
No, the quality of the batsman does not effect whether someone bowls accurately or not (nor, for that matter, whether they bowl wicket-taking deliveries) but I can assure you, every single one of the Harmison wickets in Bangladesh came from poor batting not good bowling.
However, Bangladeshi batsmen aren't the only ones who play poor strokes. Good batsmen do it too, they just usually score more runs in between.
