But they should sign up before the dead line up.It'll then take another couple of days to start the draft.We could start the draft by coming wednesday,this will be an exciting draft as there is this decade allocation rule,where u have to pick at least one player from 1930s to 2010s,however u could pick a maximum of 2 players from one decade with the only exemption being applied to the 2010s decade where u could pick a max. of one player as the decade is half done.And at the end of the day its the responsibility of the managers to ensure the said criterion had been met and those who do not will be dismissed from the drafy

On the time out rule

Managers have 24 hours for their pick.They don't manage to pick a player within 24 hours,they'll get pushed to the bottom of the round and then again they'll have only 12 hours to pick their player,still they don't manage to turn up,the team will be disqualified from the draft
