Nepal and Belize

I was astonished by the poor performance of Nepal in the Asian Games. I had had no knowledge about Nepalese Cricket, but I had assumed that Nepal have some quality, because Nepal is a neighboring country of India! But it seems that there is little Cricket culture in Nepal.

As for Belize, is it possible to add Belize to West Indies?:unsure:
