Looks like Howe has timed out again. GirtBySea may select when ready.

Since Howe has once again dropped out of a draft, I'm going to let GirtBySea select George Headley since he's next on the provision that he will select LAST once again in rounds five & six.

If GirtBySea doesn't want to choose Headley, then he'll be up for grabs, but whoever selects him will be placed last on the list for R5 & R6.

I hope this doesn't cause too much controversy.
