Poll lacks the Flintoff option. Bloke was the best around by miles when he played.

No. McG was definitely a better death bowler than Flintoff
And smalishah's avatar is the most classy one by far Jan certainly echoes the sentiments of CW

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

Remember quite a few handy yorkers by Gough during the death overs.

No he wasn't. Flintoff c.2007 was the best death bowler in the world by a long way.

Bloke's just criminally under-rated in ODIs in general.

Definitely Malinga, woulda had a lot more wickets if the two new balls rule didn't exist in the last few years.

Malinga, Bond and McGrath were all pretty good then as well. The death was also easier to bowl in at 2007. Flintoff should probably be on the list but I don't think he is in the top 5 death bowlers ever.

Not top-5 material however always enjoyed Rana Naved-ul-Hasan at the death.

Was almost inexplicably useful at times.

I reckon the ideal bowling line up for an ATG odi side is...

    Garner
    Donald
    Wasim
    Warne
    Kapil/Klusener/Flintoff

Garner and Wasim both guns at the death.

Narine and Ajmal were right up there, ****ing impossible to play at times.

    Too bad though.

McGrath is easily better than any one of above. Murali and Saqlain qualifies over Warne. Pollock to be the third seamer.

    McGrath
    Wasim
    Pollock
    Murali
    Klusener
Supporting players: Dinesh Chandimal, Roshen Silva, Kusal Janith, Nuwan Pradeep, Kasun Rajitha, Lahiru Kumara, Akila Dhananjaya, Dhananjaya de Silva
