They use iPads and the CricHQ app out here these days and paper is just a backup.

Yea I heard they are planning on bringing that to HK too. More accurate, easier to do, easier to calculate stats, etc etc

There was a monumental **** up this season from them though. They planned to integrate it into the site and outsourced it to a third party, but it never happened. The CricHQ league table now doesn't have the Round 1 scorecards for all divisions (which sucks for me because I scored an average boosting 28*) and so the points, stats are all wrong (though tbf to them since R2 onwards it's been flawless). Because they can't add scorecards for the R1 games (maybe they don't know how to since they're all old farts) to CricHQ, they've since resorted to posting pictures of the updated points table every week on Facebook.

USA 127/9. Dutta bowling consistently well for Canada. Should chase this down.

Yes the stalwarts bagai and osinde have retired. Off the top of my head Kenneth Kamyuka is missing but i think otherwise it's close to full strength

So Cananda and US are through with a match to spare. Timil Patel leads the wickets table but Dutta's performances are probably more impressive given his age. He'll have a trial with caribbean premier league teams next month, so I'm hoping he'll impress enough to earn a contract

Euro 2015 begins today but only one place is up for grabs there

Jersey with a mammoth total of 236 against Norway

Disappointing for France to lose the game after 100 run opening partnership

Jersey advancing to the qualifiers. Great achievement. Their population is around 100,000 only!

What are the eligibility rules for Jersey though? Could well imagine there's some decent cricketers with historic links to there.

There'll be a few ex high level club/school and even county players who have moved there for work in the banking industry or other jobs as well. Ryan Driver who played a few games for Lancashire was one.
