I know there is still one round to go in Sunfoil Series but got some stats here. Looking at the bowling chart its no surprise Lions won.

The excuse then was that Joburg was where the money was as you had to work still as a cricketer, now for Cape Town its just its beuty & chilled lifestyle.

One of the under rated cricketers Kourie. What did they dub him at slip ? The flycatcher ? One of the greatest keeper/first slip combos him and Jennings.

Also great to see Cook & McKenzie Juniors follow what the seniors did so often.

Expect a lot of Saffie domestic players to play 2nd xl cricket in England,Conway has played for 2 county seconds expect him to play this year.May be the end for players like Puttick or Cook they are hardly likely to play for South Africa.Australia could be another destination.

According to Cricinfo Cricket South Africa has backed down for now,so it remains 3 Black players and 3 coloured players per a team of eleven.Looked over at the averages for this season Jaques Rudolph only played 1 game is that down to the quota system.Seems even now there are a fair lot of players missing out due to quotas.
There was also a question whether phillander was picked over Abbott who was in form due to international quotas on the team.
I see a bleak future for Soputh African cricket.
