Only Turner is common from Zaremba's team from a few years earlier. Reckon the two teams are evenly matched too with Lillee making up nicely for losing Sobers.

Overall I think the early 80's team is the best. We probably don't have that many posters from the late 90's but that would be a great team too.

Yeah I knew he wouldn't actually be in the top four bowlers, but even so the bloke took 11 wickets in 6 Tests at an average of 44. He never took more than three in an innings. I'm lost as to how he could've ever been the highest rank spinner. Are you sure you didn't accidentally have it set on ODIs? He was much better at those.

It does seem a little odd that a couple of allrounders such as Armstrong and Noble should be ranked higher than batsman like Jack Hobbs in 1908. But maybe they were really that good in relative terms.
