Tempted to change it to go with 10 rounds of one pick each, then 4 rounds where two players are selected each time. Cuts it back to 14 rounds and means we can get this done a bit quicker.

A similar system worked in a Crabs subbie draft (would have ben 40 rounds otherwise). Anyone particularly against that change?
