Solely in the context of this draft , yes as Warne and Murali are both undraftable in this format.

I reckon the current system is the best one. Because there are 6 'randomisations' the odds are that there will be at least some favourable rounds. And even if they are all bad then the 'inverted orders' in the 'even rounds' square things up anyhow. If that makes any sense.
