Yeah the problem with telling our batsmen to use their feet is that they suck at it. Williamson and Taylor picking off the loose ones fairly well without risk.

Kane is good at it so I don't know why he isn't. Ross can't at all.

Yeah, it's the one glaring gap in Ross' game. I've seen him try it just once in his debut season against Monty Panesar - he skied it straight up in the air and was only saved by a comedy classic Pietersen drop.

just got away with murder successfully asking the boss for new-years off less than two weeks away. Kane and Williamson still in and looking set. All is well.
