The Suspended XI

With Warner and Ramdin each being stood down/ suspended in the past week, thought we'd try to come up with a combined XI (in any format of your choosing) of players who've been brought unstuck by their own misadventure.

Let's make it post-1970, and the criteria is acts of misbehaviour/ stupidity which have led to a player being stood down, rather than going off to play WSC or on a Rebel Tour, or an act of principle such as Flower and Olonga. Fire away.
