    Could declare now tbh.
"The Australian cricket captain is the Prime Minister Australia wishes it had. Steve Waugh is that man, Michael Clarke is not." - Jarrod Kimber

    Ouch for NZ.

    Probz true tho.
Cricket Web's 2013/14 Premier League Tipping Champion

    - As featured in The Independent.

"as much a news event as an actual footballer, a worthy stop-start centre forward, but an all-time hyper-galactico when it comes to doing funny things with cars and hats, a player whose signing proves once again that the Premier League is still undoubtedly the best in the world when it comes to doing things with cars and hats."
    - Barney Ronay on Mario Balotelli

Haha, been so busy with a work project it's the first time I've checked in since NZ were 50 without loss last night. What a debacle, back to our usual batting implosions I see, meanwhile England look like they could bat for 5 days against us. Embarrassing....then again, what's new. Any chance NZ had of convincing the ICC and other boards they deserve anything more than 2 tests series against half decent sides should be well & truly gone based on the last two tests. We deserve our ranking of 8th.

Yep. Thought it might have been Leyland for a minute.

    Shot.

Rank half-volley, but beautifully put away.

Obviously I'm jinxing him into a wicket here, but Bracewell doesn't look the bowler he was when he was skittling the crims 18 months back.

Has his injury and/or refuelling habits had an effect?

Cook has converted every 50 he has made into 100 since he's become captain, awesome.

Remember, he was bowling against us.

You know you've ****ed up royally when Warner carries his bat through an innings.

I'll be fair on him and say lack of cricket has made him look as poor as Bairstow did in India and NZ in the winter. Hard to have no cricket then come into a test match and perform.

Definitely true. In fact madness not to declare soon if bad weather is indeed forecast. It's not like NZ will get within 200 of the 350 lead they have already.
