Well 3 wickets left to get should get enough play in tomorrow for that to happen. Would leave us needing 7 points from our last 3 games for promotion assuming Essex win tomorrow and get maximum point wins from their last 3. Next game is at home to Leicestershire as well...win this and that game and the title is pretty much nailed on

Dire performance from Hampshire. I really like a lot of our young players but a long spell in division 2 is looking a very real possibility and that is not going to do them any good. Going to have to invest in a couple of bowlers and maybe a batsman as well, a quality overseas bowler would make a big difference.

Not particularly a fan of Colly's bowling, but him and Smith should have bowled more of Borthwick's overs. He's barely threatened in the second innings and he gives easy runs away.
