Potential International Trades

What trades would you make to each side?

An idea which should be win-win...

India - Australia: Rahane for Johnson (Australia gain a boom bat who could be anything, India gain a quick who is a vast improvement over the likes of Sharma and Dinda at least)

Anything else?

Australia can have Luke Ronchi if they'll give us back one of our* fast bowlers - will accept Pattinson, Starc or Bird.

* may not actually be ours

Poor trade imo. Pattinson is the best young quick in the world but NZ and Australia are both sides who have good bowling talent but lack in other areas.

If I had to try playing trades with Aus I'd trade Ronchi for one of Cowan or even Warner, depending on how desperate Australia were for a keeper who can both catch and bat in the top seven without getting a nosebleed. The obvious choice for Australia is to just bring in Haddin though. Would be a terrible trade for Aus.

A spinner for a seamer seems the obvious one for India with pretty much most of the countries.

Otherwise a Batsman for a Seamer.

Xavier Doherty for a cheese sandwich.

Not cheese and pickle or cheese and tomato.

Just cheese.

Throw in Dernbach.

Maybe India would swap the 2 of them for Pujara?

Pak badly needs solid middle order bat and they already have 2 good spinners. On the other hand SA will be happy to have Ajmal.

Aussies needs a spinner and Ojha can be handy.
