    According to Cricinfo he was born in Middlesex.

    I went to the Ask Steven page on Facebook and this guy was born in Portugal, Dick Westcott.

    They don't give a crap about offending people. They even poked fun at Graham Chapman at his funeral. Monty Python has always been about shocking people. Chapman would be rolling in his grave at this.
