Err someone please sticky the thread. No posts and we're 40 overs into the game.

How Johnson Charles scores runs is baffling. Now has 3 hundreds and 1 fifty in List A cricket.

No wonder there is zero interest in this series. Zimbos really **** as expected and don't expect anything to change during the series. No need to sticky this thread imo.

Er, yeah, I expected it to be one-sided but not this one-sided. I can understand having to consolidate after losing early wickets but the RR will be over 10 in no time at this rate.

Alan Butcher is the coach with the side, he'll be leaving at the end of the series, I just heard. He doesn't exactly look too sorry about it either.

Even when the cause is hopeless I prefer to see batsmen play properly, I don't like to see them throwing their wickets away - but Utseya is doing a Gavaskar here, 7 from 35.

I still think the Zims will improve as the tour goes on, though.

Better start from Vusi Sibanda today. His partners not scoring quick enough though.

Awesome to see the Zimbos actually making a fight of it this time. Brendan Taylor out for 0 off 2 is sad though

Windies slightly behind the required rate but still approaching the 100 without alarms. It'll be disappointing for the Zims, having made a decent total, not to take a few wickets - not that I expect they'd be exactly thrilled to see Pollard walking out in this situation. Good idea for Sarwan to open, btw, after he hardly got a bat the other day.

This could be interesting. Shocking decision with the run out though. Why would you not go upstairs just to be safe?

We might be in with a sniff here after the 2 to fall. Still a long way to in though.

I doubt it. Even if the batsmen post a decent total, the Zimbawean bowlers are hardly threatening. I was expecting more from Jarvis and Mpofu

That's where you went wrong.

Still given his experience for a Zimbabwean pace bowler, I was/am expecting him to bowl a more consistant line and length. The guy is out of his depth out there atm. Again I'm left pondering about the absence of Querl

At least Taylor is scoring a few runs today. That's something to take into the test series hopefully
