There are 13 overseas slots left, and one Indian slot. The franchises will have to write the names of players they want on a piece of paper and submit them in about 5-10 minutes. So I don’t think there will be regular bidding for these names, unless there's a clash for a player.

Pune have finished their quota of players. They already have 33, so they can’t add anymore. Delhi can only buy an Indian player.
