no footwork can make a over-pitched delivery into a deadly one..playing early can make these full-tosses look great..so a combination of good footwork and playing late is required to counter it..not doing so is why Waqar was deadly against the tail-enders and 90s NZ and Eng and in ODIs when batsman went for quick runs..Btw SJS On cricket you are one of the best posters ..keep them coming :)
