Yes I'm happy we're batting too. Often I am in favour of enforcing the follow-on however Southee and Boult have both bowled 25 overs each and we can make this game safe by scoring just 150.
Yeah it's a flat pitch and you've got a four man attack, with only two of those four actually looking threatening, and it's not like you've just rolled England for 130 either. I'm an enforce-the-follow-on kind of guy but batting here makes sense IMO.

Yep - the amount of time it will take us to get only 150 if we collapse in a heap. Leaves England 390 to get in 4 1/2 sessions.

They WON'T get that. You read right.

Even if get 45 again, England will still need 285 to win. Even that would be tough on this pitch.

Yeah while our bowlers have been impressive on the flatter pitches in this series, our batting has been carried a bit by the pitches and Fulton/Rutherford/Williamson will all go cheaply at once at times in England.

Will be interesting to see how McCullum goes if he's in early. God forbid.
