How many tests would Darren Lehmann play if he was playing for any other country except Australia (and probably India - though I think he might have given Ganguly a stiff competition for the no. 6 position and would be an automatic choice outside SC)?

Heaps for sure.

Lehmann was an extremely talented batsman with an excellent 'cricket brain' who was unlucky to be around at the wrong time. I also liked Jamie Siddons and Stuart Law as well.

I had that in mind when I mailed my bid for Lehmann.

Siddons I am not too sure about, but Law is another one yes. Add Michael Bevan to that list as well. In spite of his weakness against the short ball, he would play heaps of test matches if he weren't playing for Australia. But Lehmann was the best among that bunch of of players IMO.

Lehmann would've played a lot for another country, yes. Just like ten other Aussie batsmen.

Hey kyear, just sitting on the can having a look at the XIs in your sig. Really like how the 2nd one has Kallis and Miller as all rounders, reckon they'd compliment each other well in a team...

Tried to include both a batting and bowling All Rounder in all of the four teams.

Round 5 Overview

Spikey, Cabinet and Johnners all didn't submit bids so get their player for the highest price bid in this round (unless this would make them bankrupt in which case they are left with $1 for each subsequent round)

Jack Blackham - Kyear
Albert Trott - Johnners
Aubrey Faulkner - Morgieb
Chris Martin - Weldone
Brian Hastings – Cabinet96
Kiran More - Pothas
Charlie Griffith - Watson
Bill Bowes - AndyZaltHair
Vernon Philander - Daemon
Sadagoppan Ramesh - Spikey
Sanath Jayasuriya - Monk
Alan Connolly - Blakus
Plum Warner – smalishah84

Winning Bids: 3,000,000; 2,110,000; 2,000,000; 1,500,002; 1,091,837; 550,000; 500,000; 200,000; 100,003; 2
