Would rather have Pujara/Trott opening than Azhar Ali tbh.

Might be biased, but I'd pick Southee over Siddle based on what he's done in the last 12 months. Looks a far more dangerous prospect than solid old Siddle for mine. .

Siddle's more a natural first change though. You'd want all of Anderson, Pattinson and Southee to open because they're natural outswing bowlers; Siddle would give you something different.

That said, I'm sure NUFAN is far more biased towards Siddle than you are towards Southee. He'd give him a kidney if he was asked.

A.B's footwork has been quite good all day, really growing as a keeper, and yes Steyn is a beast.

Did anyone hear what Raja said during the break and getting the rough side of the ball worse with out getting noticed?

And smalishah's avatar is the most classy one by far Jan certainly echoes the sentiments of CW

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

It will get better though Smiley. A Taylor, Vettori and Ryder-less NZ made it to 200 a few times. You guys have better batting than us so you should recover somewhat.

Siddle almost makes my Australian Test team of the past 20 years, there is no way I'm selecting a token Kiwi in my lineup ahead of the great man.

Pujara was excluded because I couldn't spell his first name.

Nah, I totally forgot about him, definitely a decent choice and is the sort of player I was after to cope with the new ball.

True that..but NZ at least won the ODI side..I don't see Pakistan doing that either..Pakistan have NEVER beaten South Africa even in an ODI series.
