Perhaps McCullum was right when he said whilst NZ didn't cope very well, that this SA bowling attack is by far the toughest he's ever faced.

Now I hope people understand why I was saying 68/2 was pathetic.. The only way Pakistan could win this match was by bowling South Africa out for something around 60 or 70.. only that kind of situation would give the batsmen some confidence to take a 50 run lead.

Pakistan not being great at batting doesn't make their bowling effort pathetic though.

Yeah, but you can hardly blame the bowlers for the Batsman for being pathetic. They did their job on somewhat par.
