    oh....I thought your name had mahanty in it...from mehnat (which means hard work)....sorry, my bad
    And smalishah's avatar is the most classy one by far Jan certainly echoes the sentiments of CW

    Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

    What's the aim supposed to be for these again? Are we picking a side to play the other combined teams, or just saying who we think the best Test cricketers have been?

    Sehwag should be lock if it's the latter, extremely doubtful if it's the former.

    In the end Merchant came home with a wet sail and won comfortably over Sehwag: 16 to 11

    So our openers are Sunil Gavaskar & Vijay Merchant.

    We'll do wicket-keepers next so please select your favourite keeper. I think the voting will be very close in this category;

    Here's a reminder;

    Kiran More
    Nayan Mongia
    Farokh Engineer
    Syed Kirmani

    Farokh Engineer, I think he was a better all-rounder than Kirmani.
