BTW Lee was a complete Dick in the video. Got lucky with the wicket in the first place and then went right up to the batsman's face for the send off.

Isn't a strong shoulder more important for bowling quick than length of forearms?

yeah but I was thinking more along the lines of express bowlers. Courtney wasn't that quick (compared to some of his peers of course)
