Boult to Mathews, OUT, Caught at second slip! It was a length ball going across Angelo, who tried to hit it hard towards the leg side and got an outside edge that flew fast towards Guptill, who took a reflex catch in front of his face

outclassed in every department. taylor ryder and ronchi may make a difference. huge problems at the top of the order. move bj up to open with guptill, one guy nz must persevere with. flynn franklin patel and wagner not up to it and williamson needs dropping down the order.
It's a shame that Flynn couldn't produce the goods at test level. He's a quality player imo.
No, not even close. Awful series and he might be on the chopping board now.
- Flynn to finally kick on and score a century.
Nope. Still think he's batting out of position but either way he needs to learn a touch of discipline outside offstump.
- Williamson to become more consistent
nope. Looked threatening at times but, like all the bowlers, was too inconsistent to apply pressure
- Patel to pick up a few more wickets against poorer players of spin
Southee injured. And nope, Boult bowled at least 1 **** ball and over and let off the pressure
- Southee and Boult to continue where they left off
- NZ batsmen to post over 400 at least once
So what progress has anyone in the team made? Watling and Brownlie were good but they were coming into the team so they don't count.
Does this mean that our players are better off being in domestic environments if they want to develop?
Ffs dropping Williamson to five isn't going to fix his problems outside off it's just going to hide them
