Well , I think one was pretty obvious from that clip....

Veitch said that ex players were pushing agendas on the back of the Taylor fiasco, not seeking attention. Maybe the same thing, though.

But Crowe - amateur dramatics and suit desecration aside - is obviously extremely frustrated by all this. But he shouldn't have resigned in a fit of pique. He should have stayed in the process and tried to influence it in some capacity.

...nah: he should have resigned. He was only in the position for a few weeks: how much influence would he have in a scouting role in NZ Cricket? He has more influence outside of NZ Cricket where he can speak his mind than inside it where he couldn't.

It appeared he may have resigned from the cricket committee he was on last year, in part, because Taylor looked like he was going to miss out on the captaincy:

Sadly, I see Veitch is now saying that '50/50' chance of Taylor making it over for the Tests in is now off the cards according to his sources.

Nice hedge betting from the spouse kicker. So either his sources are ****, or he's making **** up and getting it right/wrong

Fun fact of the day - she was also the woman involved in the Tea Ropati drugging/uninvited copulation saga.
