Ross Taylor likely to be shafted from the captaincy?

Ha. Two schools of thought: a) if he's done it, he's the biggest drama queen there is. I find it highly doubtful he'd accidently slip it on, wander out in public and have someone say 'hey Martin, you're wearing an NZ blazer! Nah nah nah nah you love Moller' b) it's media getting carried away with hyperbole on his twitter account and c) why would you burn it over one short period in our history? Cricket in this country is far bigger than the current administration and will move on.

It's entirely consistent with his character to do it. it's also entirely consistent with his character to exaggerate and be taken too literally/out of context though. Either way it's awesome IMO, whether he's being a drama queen or not. :p

So..... if McCullum is injured who captains the side? Is there going to be an official vice-captain? Would Taylor accept the captaincy in that situation? Would Hesson offer it? Is Hesson a monumental monkey penis?

If I can put aside my foil hat and anger at NZC for a second...

It will be interesting to see how this change of captaincy effects McCullum and Taylor's on field performance. Will Taylor's form fall away? Will McCullum's performance lift as Taylor's did?
Taylor's form will inevitably fall away for a short while. One of the reasons he's been better lately is that we've finally had a period in which we've played a decent amount of test cricket in a year.

Now it's been interrupted.

I heard Taylor might be thinking about making the trip over for the tests..
Please let this be true.

When you click on new posts and see a bunch of threads (say 5) you'd like to read, you have 3 options

a. Right click > open link in new tab for each and every one of those threads

Clicks Required: 10

b. Open one thread, finish reading it, then click on 'New Posts' again.

Clicks required: 10

*Note that this method will waste a few seconds of precious loading time, though it may save you from getting multi tab owned especially if you like to reply to people without using the Quote function

c. Hold down Ctrl and click to open 4 of the threads, do not hold down Ctrl for the last one to load the thread on the current tab.

Clicks Required: 5

Option A is obviously the poorest choice.

I also hope you use this -
to look for new posts as well instead of clicking on last page or whatever.

EDIT: Multi tab owned. Benchmark you ****.
Wow you must have saved literally hundreds, if not thousands of milliseconds over the course of your life through this :p. For your next analysis can you please tell me - do I browse more effectively when scratching my arse or picking my nose?

Always thought that might be the case. Don't care about him missing meaningless bilateral ODIs.

Anyway, hope the media keep the pressure up on NZC because you can bet NZC just wants everyone to "move on."
