my heart can't take this cowan innings
Indians can't bowl - Where has the rumour come from as I myself and many indian friends arwe competent fast bowlers ?

With the English bid I said: Let us be brief. If you give back the Falkland Islands, which belong to us, you will get my vote. They then became sad and left

It's always weird though when they treat a batsman as undismissable just because he's a recognised batsman. For e.g. Chandimal admirable as he is in terms of SL's future and what he did a year ago, wasn't considered as good enough to play in the first two tests.

If they weren't trying to get him out, they wouldn't have had any slips in.

Thought so many back was a bit weird myself. Australia to get there in singles at this rate.

Edit: I hadn't seen the latest incarnation for the spinner...it's more than slightly bizarre.

Was also talking in general. There have been countless times when this has happened. A classic example was when McGrath 'nursed' Hussey to his ton against SA. Hussey was dropped on 28 by Kallis just after the #11 had arrived at the wicket and yet SA treated him as if he was undismissable and basically totally spread the field for him. They didn't change tactics either.

Dilshan wants to review when Clarke dances down the pitch?

Such a poor judge of an appeal.

Reckon if Australia are still 2 out with 5 runs to get one of these should retire out.

They could have had him for nought in the first innings if they knew how to review.

What a poor player of spin Cowan is! Even though India's spinners aren't great, they'll surely embarrass him.
