Finch lacks the temperament for the big time. Shame.

If you get picked for australia as a blaster then come in with more buckle than swash, you're a mental marshamallow because you lack te balls to play your natural game.

Bit harsh to write Finch off on one game. He may have come to the pitch with a plan and simply gotten out before he got after the bowling. It happens. He wasn't necessarily deadpanning because he wasn't up to it.
