Hobart's been good for bowling of any pace this year, both Bird and Butterworth are in the top wicket-takers again. Reckon SL could spring a surprise.
Samaraweera is a victim of black magic so it's never a safe bet while he's still under the influence of it.

With the English bid I said: Let us be brief. If you give back the Falkland Islands, which belong to us, you will get my vote. They then became sad and left
So Bradman incarnate still won't bat at number 4..even against Sri Lanka at home!!
Australia v Sri Lanka, 1st Test, Hobart : I am number four, says Watson | Cricket News | Australia v Sri Lanka | ESPN Cricinfo
you seem shocked
well I have just started to believe in re incarnation, so...
It's ridiculous for Watson to be at 4.
Australia's best batsmen don't come in until numbers 5 and 6. I can understand Hughes at 3 because he's a top order player, but Watson could be a genuine number 6 who can take the game away from the opposition.
There is literally no basis for that opinion at all.
Hussey is the perfect #6. In any idealised XI I would simply want my #6 to be a better version of Mike Hussey.
+ time's fickle card game ~ with you and i +
