Brumby being too harsh on Clarke IMO. What you have to remember is that the slower leg cutter dips. When Clarke first saw the ball leave the hand, not picking the slower one, which as Top_Cat said was very unexpected, he would have thought it would be a full toss on leg stump. I know he was playing for stumps, but with such a tight match situation you have to grab all the runs you can get, and it doesn't come much easier than a leg stump full toss. He failed to pick the slower ball, but his initial thinking wasn't really wrong, tbh.

Nah I like taking the piss out of Jono as much as the next guy but whenever he makes a good post I think it's fair to let him know, which is why I've said "AW Jono" twice now.

It was done so elegantly though

Ramprakash vs Warne, 2001, 3rd test, jumped a mile out of is crease, hilarious stumping.

Ah, was listening for Nicholas to resort to fat 'jokes'.

Thing about that Inzy dismissal is that he didn't really fall on his stumps at all. He knocked the bails off with his hands while losing his balance, before quite acrobatically avoiding the stumps and falling behind them.

That's actually quite sad in its own way, seeing Gower play that shot and knowing it went a fair way to him losing his spot.

Warne goaded him into it too, daring him to come down the track.
