The order for the WIs selections will be as follows-

R1- Pick FOUR middle order batsmen

R2- Pick FOUR bowlers for the bowling attack

R3- Pick ONE wicketkeeper

R4- Pick TWO opening batsmen

So, first up is the middle order. Plenty of quality to choose from. Choose four from the list, or add your own, legit, suggestions....

Garry Sobers
Viv Richards
Brian Lara
George Headley
Rohan Kanhai
Frank Worrell
Everton Weekes
Clyde Walcott (will also be included in keeper list if not selected here)
Shiv Chanderpaul
Seymour Nurse
Al Kallicharan
Clive Lloyd

Tough as it is to leave out the "W's", I think you're there with the first four names:

Garry Sobers
Viv Richards
Brian Lara
George Headley

Oooh... this is going to be a difficult team to pick

Sad that i have to leave out the W's, love Kanhai, Kallicharan, Lloyd and Chanderpaul too (severely underrated), but those first four are ahead of the rest by a decent margin imo...

Sobers
Viv
Lara
Headley

Here come the kings.

Do we only look purely at the batting ability or include all aspects of the player, like captaincy in Clive's case?

Sobers
Lara
Richards
Headley

A lot of quality options for the last spot tbh, but the other three stand out IMO.

In that case I will simply go for the big ones.

Headley
Lara
Viv
Sobers

Already looks unbeatable and we haven't even begun with the bowlers.

Some someone else will, Jager usually at least gives us a surprise or two. Ready to move on to the interested picks though.

Yep

Headley
Lara
Weekes
Sobers

I'd have Walcott ahead of Weekes but I want Walcott batting seven and keeping wicket.
