It was very tough for me to choose 2 teams out of Eds', Masud's and Lloyd's. I went ahead and chose Lloyd's (better balance) and Masud's (Bradman-advantage).

I purposely told people to pick 2 teams (and not 3) because I knew it might come down to choosing among these 3 teams.

Make no mistake - some of the other 7 teams are very good and may always pose huge challenge to these 3 teams in the sim. In fact, I shall not be surprised if 2 of these 3 teams are not playing in the finals. It's that close - afterall all 110 players are good/very good/great players...

Well ahead? Errrmmm and how exactly do you justify your statement there, Eds? :D

Jager's team - yes! He has a fantastic team but I honestly dont see you team being 'well ahead' than any of us.
Well I think you're the closest competitor and the only areas I see you being ahead of me are #2 (Lara opening means the difference is negligable, though), #3 and the spinner. I think my middle order is ahead of yours, even with the Bradman factor, and I prefer my pace attack and wicketkeeper.

As much as I love your middle-order, I think Masud's one is slightly better due to Bradman (he has Chappell and Waugh too remember) if you don't consider Sanga (as you're comparing him to Healy as wicketkeeper-batsman - and considering Sanga better which is fair).

Yes, your 3 pace bowlers are great, and Statham in Masud's team is one step below. But his opening bowling partnership of Ambrose-Akram is at least at par with your opening bowlers IMO, with added tall right arm - swinging left arm variety.

Overall it's very close between the 2 teams, and one could vote either way.

I don't just judge a wicketkeeping on their glove skills. I think Sanga's a better wicketkeeper-batsman package than Healy, yes.
Well, when it comes to teams of ATGs, I personally prefer to go with better wicket keeper and Healy has been one of the best wicket-keeper of recent times.

I have the batting line up of Frank Warrell, Brian Lara, Don Bradman, Greg Chappell, Mohammad Yousuf, Steve Waugh - which enables me to go with specialist wicket-keeper.

In general, I agree with your point about Sanga being a better wicket-keeper batsman than Healy though.
