Starting to agree, tbh. Thought it'd be Anderson pinning him on the crease, but completely losing his **** to Swann was the obvious second. His approach to spin bowling has been bizarre ever since the start of the Aus tour.

He was clearly trying to go straight, but he got completely done in the flight, which is exceptionally rare for him. Just bad shot selection, tbh, and completely needless even if it had come off.

Swann wins the session.
130-3, I'd still say India's session overall though.

It has been rather odd. I mean he looked really good at times against Australia, at the time I thought he was fine and was just being affected by the whole 100 centuries malarkey. Maybe it had nothing to do with though, looks like he is just starting to randomly malfunction, rather than slowly declining. |

One thing is that when he does play shots, he is actually middling them. He looks much better than his drop in form in 04-06. |

Dhoni should declare tbf. This is good enough for Ashwin and Ojha now.
