***Official*** England in India

Bres looking mildly better than he has of late, if we're looking for a silver lining at all. Comes with the disclaimer he has been mainly bowling to Burgey's mate tho.

Dinda to break that record, imo.
Could be a close one. I imagine Dinda will bowl the 70 overs he needs to get to 1000 deliveries, but whether he can continue to go at more than a run a ball, well, it will take devotion to the art of the long hop.

Gambhir throws it away.

He just doesn't seem right. Worried about the opening stocks right now.

following the second one-day international between england and india in january 2013, when dernbach's last 11 deliveries cost 33 runs, he gained the dubious honour of establishing himself as the bowler with the worst career economy rate
lol

Oh you just know Jade is going to pick up a couple of useless wickets now to keep him in.

Oh, and good work Pickup.

Handy bowler, Tredders.

Looks pretty ordinary, but is distinctly useful in the limited overs.

Well, anyway, there's something almost reassuring about us getting a paddlin' in India. There's snow on the ground, a nip in the air and England are being battered. Feels like winter.

Haha Dhoni wtf? Hits the stumps and still goes for four.

Btw, Dhoni has played tennis bowl cricket before at the same spot where the stadium has now been built. What a story.

Wish England had batted better and given Dhoni a chance to give Ranchi a great knock.

BTW, why only women police in that protective circle around Dhoni?

No idea.

Easy enough win.

Good bowling performance particularly this game and except the 2 openers almost everyone did well. Good stuff.
