In all honesty, if one can hold one's Englishness in abeyance, it's been a pretty good day's cricket so far. India have bowled (if not fielded) impressively.

Right, but it's definitely not a 191ao pitch.

It's neither 500 pitch nor 190. 300-350 would have been decent total for first innings.

Sky subscription would have been worth paying to watch the KP show in the first 30 minutes of the day. Was

Particularly Yadav, shown up our supposedly superior pace attack anyway.

Prior offering 11.00(!) for best batsman this innings, KP - 5.00 and Cook - 4.00.

Tempted to back all three.

Most 191 all out innings aren't on 191 all out pitches.

The term "highway" was used on day 1. No one gets out for less than 200 on a highway.

Here. Xuhaib said I can change my avatar after this series but only if I make a bet with an India fan.

Pretty hard hands from Compton here. Doubt he faces spin first up too often.

Will nick off to slip.
